I ordered 5x Debian DVDs on 13.03.2008 and paid in advance. The package
has not been delivered until now. They announced to refund my money. But
this never happened.

I got a response from Lunatec: They say they sent off the DVD, and an
investigation they started later with German Post indicated that it had
reached its intended destination. Despite this report, they sent off
another DVD, and never heard back, so assumed everything was OK.
