I didn't notice the activity on this bug, apologies and thanks to all

I have updated the tidy script to re-enable processing /devel/wnpp.
Should everything go well, I will close this bug in few days.

When the website builds */devel/wnpp folder, there is a RFH bug that generates a
malformed URI, and thus producing several "Tidy validation failed" messages each
day, of the type:
This is not a problem of Korean only.
