Hi,
On the jessie-backports package of "dehydrated"[1], when I click the
"list of files" link[2] I get an error: "No such package in this suite
on this architecture."

I do not think the web site or installation guide do a good job steering users
toward verifying downloaded installation media. Many people do know where the
information is: You just remove the filename from any download URL and it
brings you to the appropriate page with the appropriate checksum
My gut feeling is the Derivatives page should be the page that lists
distros derived from or "children" of Debian. Creating a new page is just
more effort when the hard word has been done already.

Could you suggest an alternate wording?

It would have been better to have separate threads.

These should have been completely different discussions asking much
more specific things.

Hi,
This doesn't read well:
https://www.debian.org/MailingLists/#subunsub
in particular the following:
"If you are uncertain as to whether you are subscribed to a mailing
list of ours, send mail to majord...@lists.debian.org with
which your.email@address in the body."

Hello everyone,
we (debian-www) are working on a new page about Debian derivatives for
www.d.o.
Currently, the page https://www.debian.org/misc/children-distros.fr.html
provides a list of derivatives but it's not maintained. The wiki
provides a list too (https://wiki.debian.org/Derivatives/Census
