I would like to adopt this package.
I have no prior experience with maintaining packages in Debian but I'm
participating in the development of Tkabber since 0.9.8 and became one
of its "official" developers since 0.11.0.
I'm a debian user since Debian 2.2 and administrator (at work) since 3.0
