It looks like Tomboy uses artwork from the Tintin cartoon strip and I
very much doubt that the distribution terms are compatible with the
DFSG. Unless the author has explicit permission from the copyright
holders to distribute the Tintin icon under the LGPL, we cannot
redistribute this software.
