without lame (mp3) support, but Ogg Vorbis 1.0 support was all I was
looking for. The package probably needs more sensible build-depends,

I've been looking into the packaging of Pacwars2.
There are a number of problems which need to be resolved before it can
be entered into the Debian archive.
The most critical of these seem to be the licensing of the seer
scripting library being too vague, and hence probably not dfsg
compliant.
