The clamav-unofficial-sigs package has quite important bugs that cause
it to fail to retrieve the SecuriteInfo virus signatures and send cron

Hello Forum:
Is the Solovay's checksum utility (still) distributed within Debian ?
Is there any alternative ?

Hello,
I tested the files
isc-dhcp-common_4.1.1-P1-15+squeeze10_amd64.deb
isc-dhcp-server_4.1.1-P1-15+squeeze10_amd64.deb
from the location referred below and can confirm that the temporary
symlink for /etc/dhdpd.conf is no longer needed, meaning that the bug
has been fixed in this version.

. . . Okay.
The problem may be with dhcp, since xfce has no problem getting to the
outside world, but openbox refuses to go any further than localhost.
So, does dhcp functionality need to be installed and/or set up
separately for openbox?
And if so, how?
Finally got around to installing jessie (clean install) on a thinkpad
420 and all seemes to go well except there is no wireless, only ethernet.
lsmod shows iwlwifi but I can't get the radio to turn on.
Installed firmware-linux-nonfree with no results.
Any help appreciated.

first time poster here.

The server is behind a corporate NAT and although can be reached without a
problem it serves webpages very slowly.
Downloading files from the server can be as slow as 7kbps when there is
