Hello all,
I have a Debian Wheezy based virtualizer, with software raid properly
configured :-)
I would like to try DRBD/GFS2 clustering, on top of an LVM, using this

So far, the logical stack would be like this:

I've run Debian servers for a number of years. When faced with a
problem, Google almost always gets me where I need to go.
But that *almost* is crucial. There are smart people on this list who
are generous with their time. OP would be wise to subscribe and learn

Hi,
after upgrading to Debian 7.5 (linux-headers-3.2.0-4-common),
backports 3.10.2 [1] does not compile anymore [2]. Without it, I have

Does Debian 7.5 include another backported versions? Can it be removed

largely think my problems are because vagrant is poorly designed with
how it manages it's boxes, on Debian. My host system is running

However, net/mgr only picks up the 2.4 - the 5 doesn't show at all. I

I've actually done dummy file reads and writes previously. Well actually
just writes. And they go at full speed, no matter what hparm says. For
example, your example, works at full speed:
dd if=/dev/zero of=somefile bs=10M count=100 ;
I've tried the analogous read:
