Notifications changed in LXDE under wheezy

Since yesterday mid-morning my notifications have changed back to ones similar to Gnome/XFCE being a black box with white text in it, which is saved to a notification file in the status bar. Previously my notifications from LXDE were light grey blocks with black text which weren't apparently logged

debmirror balks on armhf, when adding armhf to i386,amd64 archive pool

When I try to add armhf to my local debmirror archive, I get these sorts of errors: dists/wheezy/non-free/binary-armhf/Packages.diff/2012-08-12-0215.28.gz failed sha1sum check, removing Do I need to look into dak, or something else, or should debmirror be able to cope with these 3 archs at the sa

I do have Evolution installed, but I've never run it as I regard it as the spawn of the devil! :) I just want to get rid of the file that's recording all the emails and other notifications on the desktop, then I'd die happy! I've just rebooted to test a theory of mine that its related to my desktop

I am trying to install virt-manager on sid, but I am getting a dependancy blockage which I don't understand virt-manager ultimately depends on libvirt0 - which seems to have version (0.9.12-5) in the sid repository libvirt0 depends on libnetcf1 - however libnetcf1 says it needs at least 0.10

IIUC it's a Linux machine, no Windows installed? The OP just experienced issues with MS-DOS in the past. If there was only one IDE HDD in the old machine, aka hda and only this drive should be mounted to the new machine, what ever fstab entries there are, they will be ok for the new machine too. S
