Hi to Everyone,
I have quite often used 'gv' (ghostview) up to about a year and a half

Hi. I'm running potato and I use ghostview for .ps files.
The problem is that program interface is in black and white and the
text of files looks bad. Is this ghostview version problem or is it
a configuration problem (others progrmas are ok).

The advice on loading the gsfonts worked and I loaded up ghostview docs.
Question, unlike gv, it doesn't seem to read *.ps.gz files. I had to turn

Thanks.

Hi,
On LyX when I try to view a document as Postscript it shows GhostView

any text (nothing appears)! What could it be ?
I'm not using the LateX preamble.
I've installed:
LyX 1.0.1-1
tetex-base 0.9.981113-1
tetex-bin 0.

Yes, I have the newewst libpaperg installed: Aside from the error I get
when opening gziped ps/eps/pdf files, which I presume is a separate
problem, all the errors are the same A4: Unknown papersize thing.

Using either gs and gs-aladdin, all the files i've tried to open in
