that's not a program, it's just a definition of an environment variable
'LIBGL_DEBUG' with value 'verbose', that will be applied only to this
single command.
just try to execute the line i wrote - it should work without any problems.

or updtedb && locate doesn' t find it. apt-file search doesn' t find it, too.
