I even tried that. I wouldn't compile for me, complaining about some
function which didn't see

Anyway, I just discovered that it existed last night, and I'm having a few
problems starting it. In X, I start it with the -nofade option, and the
load status bar fills up and the game apparently crashes. The window is
still there
I have installed svgalib1, svgalib1-bin, and maelstrom packages. However
when I try to run maelstrom I get the following message:
VGA_FrameBuffer: requested mode not supported
(or something like that)
anyway I have an ARK Logic 2000PV so it SHOULD be supported (Maelstrom
only uses 320x200 ). Wh
