Are these messages bad, and how do I

sendmail seems to start fine on my freshly installed slink system, stock
2.0.36 kernel, but whenever mail is sent, sendmail rejects with relaying
denied.
after stopping(/etc/init.d/sendmail stop) and starting(...), all weirdness
goes away.
Any ideas?

I have got an old spellcaster datacommute/bri, and cant seem to get it going
with kernel 2.0.34 and the isdnutils package. I believe the firmware is
1.51.
I get ioctl failed whenever i try to set the switch type(-w) or spid's(-s)
or phone number (-d)
Any ideas?

I began to get these on one of my systems, I disabled the com port in the
bios and added a serial card... works fine now. The office building is
very supceptable to close lightning strikes, and I presume emf is inducing
current into the serial/mouse lines, frying it :(

I recently purchased spellcaster isdn cards, and it seems that
Babylon(their isdn4linux, sorta) does not want to run on smp kernels.

I recently recieved my i-Connect Debian 1.3 cd (binary only), and recieved
the signal 11 internal error in cc1.
gcc is 2.7.2.1-8
kernel source is 2.0.30
This happens on a P166 with 48M and a P100 with 16M.
Both of these systems compile kernels just fine under Debian 1.1.
Ideas?
