udev + kernel 2.6.8 + usb mass storage

may pages on internet I really do not know what to try. I suspect a bug in kernel 2.6.8, but it stills does not work in 2.6.9. In kernel 2.6.9 it detects the device in /dev/uba1, and it fails mounting it. Have you any idea about this ? JFL Some iformations on my config: - Debian testing - Kernel

Re: Download utility

It depends from what kind of server you are downloading. Depending on the services available you could try tools like rsync, lftp (the mirror option), wget (also the mirror option) or unison. I'll be downloading from web servers. Wget is an option but can only download 1 file at a time. Thanks, Ja

I need a command line utility than can download several files simultaneously and only if they have been updated. Any advice? Thanks, Jacob -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Anyone had any luck installing Debian stable on a HP LC2000? Would I need to build a new kernel? Thanks, Jacob -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
