Je voudrais savoir qu'elle version de Debian je peux installer sur un Asus
Z53J, car après plusieurs essais la vidéo est correcte au départ mais quand
l'installation et fini je ne vois que des traits sur l'écran. Je pense que
c'est un pb du driver pour ma vidéo.

I had a similar problem several months ago. I go to /etc/ssh/ssh_config
(on your franskenstein machine, not the server) and verify that you have
PasswordAuthentication no

Looks like a permission problem.
Install gphoto2
apt-get install gphoto2
then try as root
gphoto2 --autodetect -L
If you get a list of pictures in the cam, try the same as a normal user.
If it works as root and not as a normal user, read the README.Debian
file.

the characters are replaced by boxes. After investigation, it turns
out that it is due to the openoffice fonts (if I remove the openoffice
