For firewall relative question there's another, more specific, mail list:
debian-firew...@lists.debian.org
Anyway, if you are using ppp to connect to your ISP, the ppp0 interface
should have a public IP address not a private one like 192.168.0.10. In

I asked about a modem dialin server problem. I saw
no response, so, I rephrase it.
The Linux box is connected to Internet on 141.209.169.x
The dialin ppp (Linux end) ipaddr is 192.168.0.10
The dialing client gets ipaddr 192.168.0.11
How do I make iptables to forward form 192.168.x.x
to 1
If what you want is to use hotmail/live as a pop3 account, you can try
these 2 apps available in lenny:
getlive
gotmail
Good luck!

Liferea is not, at least when a feed shows only a few lines and links

I you are using bash, there is a file call .bash_history in your home
directory. You can delete lines you want to get rid of and then just

I have a lot of commands saved in Xterm. I know:

to clear this, however it would be really good if these commands could be
listed and selectively deleted.
If such a thing can be done it would be good, and huge. With Debian I've
