Make sure you have "proxyarp" in your /etc/ppp/options file. And enable net.ipv4.ip_forward=1 in your /etc/sysctl.conf file. It's been awhile since I set up PPP, but I think that's all you need to do to enable PPP clients to get to the Internet.
