You could set up a pseudo-package that provides it, unless its a
versioned dependency (haven't checked).
There is a package for doing that (setting up those
pseudo-packages) but I don't remember the name. Sorry :-(

connection is received, it doesn't use the left/right entry for figuring
out who is connecting. It will use the leftid/rightid to determine who
is connecting (AFAIK). I've setup this type of config with
static/dynamic static/static
