Hi!
I finally uploaded sup-mail. (Although I left the bugs in the BTS open
and did not try to verify if they are still there or not. Later project.)
Thanks a lot for the work Caitlin!

Hi again!
I have not had the time to verify anything yet.
When we have verified (and hopefully resolved a
few bugs in the BTS) I think we are ready for upload.

The upgrade from the older version of sup to this new one can be complex, as
some configuration files may require manual migration. I have added some
information in the NEWS.Debian file for users. I had envisioned using
maintainer scripts to automate this migration, but this became

Hi!
Regarding sup-mail I am also working with switching upstreams
for ruby-ncurses (ncursesw-ruby is now maintained by the Sup
developers) and ruby-rubymail to rmail-sup (also maintained by
the Sup developers).

I have uploaded a new version of sup-mail to git.
This *was* a package with 2 RC bugs, ruby1.9 use, and a dead RubyForge
homepage. I have worked on it for several weeks. Unfortunately, last
week it was removed from unstable because the FTP master thought it was
dead.[1] His advice was to conta
Hi!
Very small fix for sup-mail. When wrapped text is expanded a crash
occurs due to sloppy handling of String and Array as the same thing.
This worked under Ruby 1.8 but not under Ruby 1.9.
The package builds fine with cowbuilder and is lintian clean.
Changes since last upload.

Hi!
Additional changes for sup-mail.
* Depend on ruby-locale instead of libgettext-ruby1.9.1.
- Add patch for requiring iconv and locale instead of gettext.
It builds fine with cowbuilder and is lintian clean.
Please review and upload. Thanks in advance!

Finally I hope sup-mail can be uploaded!
I have not tried to build it in a clean chroot since ruby-rubymail is

Hi!
I've built successfully the package, and managed to use it to read my
emails. It works quite nicely. I have no comments about the packaging
(except I don't think that the debian/sup-mail.install file is needed,
since the files in bin/ are automatically moved there by gem2deb).

Hi there!
I have ported sup-mail to gem2deb and fixed a lot of bugs in the
process. It is now maintained under the pkg-ruby-extras umbrella
and available in the git repo.
The package is lintian clean and builds fine with pbuilder. Earlier
there have been some discussions about ignoring failing te

Maybe they are related with the ones I get when I try using sup-mail:
when browsing my INBOX containing signed messages, sup-mail quit with
the following error.
