I think these are close, but there are still a few things to address
before uploading.
1. Autopkgtest command 5 is failing because it can’t access the
plugin assets.

The other three plugin packages install without error, but they do not
appear in the list of available plugins under Administration >
Plugins. I assume that we need to adjust something about the their

Ok, so the primary issue has actually nothing to do with the multi
tenancy support but is rather an issue with FHS, which is handled in the
