Hi, recently, linux-modules-2.6-contrib were hinted into testing. Since unstable and testing do not have the same versions of the ipw* packages, you may want to to schedule a binNMU of linux-modules-2.6-contrib in testing, so that the modules are actually build out of the matching ipw* packages.
