It's in ftp://security.debian.org/debian-security/dists/slink/updates/.
All the sources and .deb files are there, but I can't find the .changes

here are files in proposed-updates that indeed look like m68k install
floppies, but I haven't included them on my list because I haven't found
the .changes that's supposed to come with them (hence I can't tell who
uploaded them or what it's supposed to fix). Any pointer
mpile 1.0.1.0-3.2 ?
1.0.1.0-3.2 is okay.
List updated for the other packages.

The complete list is attached, as well as the release notes. The master

Ok,
besides the missing of many non-i386 packages that I can't recompile
myself, the list is now stable and I have a proposed release notes
document. What should I do? wait a bit more for the missing packages or
release anyway?

I'd appreciate very much if someone could help here and provide
a patch or fixed package for those.

already have been recompiled for m68k)

hello,
Here's my updated list of packages that should go in 2.1r5 (still
uncomplete; I miss y2k fixes for tetex-extra, cbb, xinetd and

I plan to NMU them on tuesday and then produce the non-i386 packages.

No. the current one is fine.

of packages.
To avoid this problems in the future, I'd like to be able to recompile
non-i386 packages myself.
I'm just missing accounts on alpha & m68k machines running slink. (I can
use my account on xia02 for sparc)

Argh... I forgot to add an entry to the list:
package : elm-me+

So do I, but the problem is that in most cases the changelog only says
"fix y2k problem" or even "this version is now y2k OK" with no more
details...

Is the bug still there in 4.2-6? If not, I'd like to avoid to introduce a
new package now if possible... If it's just a better fix, it doesn't look
that critical (plus, I don't think the syntax of touch changed recently).

2.1r3 is just a fix updating what's broken in 2.1.
The stable update (Note: 'update' != 'fix') will include the kernel 2.2 by
