Hi! With my ui-utilcpp NMU I think the libidn transition should be complete, please compare: https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-libidn.html but the ben rule is wrong so it matches some packages incorrectly. I'm not sure about is the clamv reverse dependency, does it have to be fix
