Sorry about that, my original plan was to upload it to experimental
(and ask for transition later, but still preferably before freeze), but
I messed it up (an
version will be available. So the best way to prevent testing users run
into crashing php is to remove the package for now.

libextractor should be built against new rpm, it seems to build fine in
my test environment.
So please binNMU after rpm is available on a
ikely all things which build depend on librpm-dev will be broken:
dose2: librpm-dev
fossology: librpm-dev
libextractor: librpm-dev
rpm2html: librpm-dev
I'm going to verify it and file FTBFS bugs on them.
The primary reason for uploading to upstable was fixing bug#621452.
