Freeze exception for dkimproxy (RC fix)

Hello to the release team, I have uploaded yesterday a fix for dkimproxy that didn't have access to it's own private key file since I tried to integrate it with the ssl-cert architecture (the daemon of dkimproxy doesn't support the supplementary groups that I used). The fix is trivial (just a chow
