The original subject was bad. I should have written: "KMail freezes very
often" in stead of: "KMail freezes sometimes".
I thought, emptying my trash folder with over 15,000 mails might reduce the
time such a KMail freezes takes but then I had the problem that emptying the

font to Bitstream Vera Sans. Konqueror's default font was set to
