KIO-Slaves which operate over the network are prone to be slow. This
baddens dolphin's usability if you can't see whether it's working or
waiting for your input. So you should be able to see it, possible
using a throbbler like in konqueror

I can't say if it is really fixed but I haven't seen this bug for a
quite long time (apparently since upgrade to 4.2.3).
