back button in Konqueror doesn't work. Clicking it does nothing.

When changing an event's category, the category appears to change but
when the calendar is reloaded, the changes no longer show up. I am
using 'Calendar on IMAP-server via KMail Resource Settings' as my
calendar resource.

trm has now been removed. libtunepimp-bin provides trm so this bug is
not urgent, but it would probably be good to update the B-Ds anyway at
some point.
