Hi,
I'd like to suggest that we change the severity of WNPP bugs for withdrawn
packages (packages removed from Debian that are waiting in
project/orphaned for a new maintainer) from "wishlist" to "minor".
Currently withdrawn packages are a bit hidden between all the ITPs that
are also "wishlist".
