This text should be in the bug report log.
Package maintainer is closing bugs too fast and hiding information
from the public without any discussion or peer review.

You should at least add a Recommends, that way apt
ecause the *package* does not depend
on the other package but the *package generated by the
package* does. Thus I assert the package depends on the
thing because it's useless without it -- the generated
output cannot be installed unless it is otherwise present.

"terminal" package many DDs expressed a distaste for super-g
