The synchronization was at 2:00 AM (GMT) (only 4 hours before you
generate a new extract). I put it at 6:00 AM (GMT) and 7:00 AM (GMT)

DDPO has stopped updating bug counts.
I moved the ddpo.bug process and process_index.pl from master to merkel.
No more cronjob is stored on my crontab.
I integrated the process_index.pl script on qa's crontab
