1) compile the git version of ipp-usb :
https://github.com/OpenPrinting/ipp-usb
2) install the latest version of ipp-usb of the repositories
sudo apt install --reinstall ipp-usb
3) copy and add this quirk in /usr/share/ipp-usb/quirks/HP.conf
[HP ENVY 5
