Hi! I use a Powerbook G3 with woody. After upgrading to Kernel 2.4.6, the modem doesn't work! I tried /dev/ttyS0, /dev/ttyS2, /dev/ttyS3, /dev/ttyS4: no way. Then I detected a startup message: Serial driver version 5.05a (2001-03-20) with MANY_PORTS SHARE_IQ SERIAL_PCI enabled IN from bad port 3

Problems with Java

Hi! I'm running Java 1.3.0 from blackdown. Sometimes I get the error: java.lang.OutOfMemory. I could not detect something that causes the error. For example it happens sometimes when running tomcat or ant. But when I try again, I cannot reproduce the error. It also happens when there is no other

Hi! I have some weird problems with my keyboard layout and kde 2.1 from testing. I have a pismo powerbook with a german keyboard, but I use an us keymap (I've used xmodmap to manipulte the keys). This works fine with every windowmanager, but not with kde. The strange thing is: I have the SAME setu
