I'm trying to install debian 3.0(kernel 2.4.18) on a mac b&w rev1.
Because of an built-in error of the original onboard ide-controller it's
impossible to add another hard disk to this controller and so I want to
install on a disk, which is connected to an ide-controller card. I've got

I've got this "lost interrupt error" also, while trying to boot
from a hard disk connected to an acard aec6260M, which is used in a mac
b&w rev1. I've compiled the 2.4.18 kernel with the driver version 0.9 with
both settings tuning support y and n, but got always the same error.

I've read in several comments that there's no support for the internal
speaker of the mac blue&white, but only for the headphones-out. As I have
the same problem, did anyone fixed this in the meantime ?

I want to get an ISDN-pci-card or ISDN-USB-device for my G3ppc.
So which current available cards are known to work well with linux and can
be recommended ? Currently I'm using a 'hermstedt webshuttle-2' as an
acm-cdc device, but this has bug's and cannot be recommended.
