mouseemu not working

Hello, i did a 2.6.4 kernel (-ck2) for my iBook. However, mouseemu refuses to start because it can't access any of the required /dev/uinput How can i create it / fix the situation? The kernel is compiled with uinput support. Thanks, Rob

hello again, unloading dmasound_* works for me with 2.4 kernels (recent benh). However, when booting 2.6.4 (-ck2 branch) no modules are loaded at all and of course sound does not work. Is it possible to switch between 2.4 and 2.6 series and let modules be loaded automagically? Well, if only 2.6
