Hi
I'm running Sarge on a Beige G3 266 Mhz with a ATI Radeon 7000. I'd
like to upgrade from kernel 2.4 to kernel 2.6 (the latest if possible).
Can anyone provide me with a link to a kernel that I can run in this
computer?
Thanks

Hi
When I start a xfce-session from a remote machine (G5 running OS X and
Apple's X11) I get the whole desktop on my G5. However, when I click on
any window it sort of gets grayed out and can't move it or do anything
with it.
What is going on?

Hi
I have a linux box running Debian and a G5. From the G5 I'd like to open a gnome-session to the linux machine in a separate window using xnest.
How could I do that?

what does that mean and how can I fix it?
My debian runs on a Beige G3 266 without a monitor. I connect to it via
ssh from a G5.
Thanks

Hi
I have an Apple Cinema 23" display (brushed metal). Does anyone know the values
for the horizontal
and vertical frecuency to enter into the xserver-xfree86 configuration for this
monitor?
When X starts the screen goes black, as if it was turned off.

I installed Debian 3.0 r3 woody on a Beige G3 with a Radeon 7000 PCI

I did list -v and gives me a list with:
