Using either jp106 (japanese-pc) or macintosh-us keymaps
with a Japanese Mac keyboard kind of sucks.

Fortunately I found Ryan Gordon's XF86Config-4 file,
which had mode lines he had found to work with the
iMac. Once I had manually set the mode lines,
everything worked beautifully. I didn't even know

I am trying to get XFree86 4.1.01 running on a
1999 Tangerine iMac DV running kernel 2.4.17.
I previously had xserver-fbdev running on this
machine with a 2.2 kernel, but I decided to try
upgrading to woody, a 2.4 kernel, and XFree86 4.1.
