This should all work with Ben's 2.6 kernel from
source.mvista.com::linuxppc-2.5-benh .
hello list,
i`ve been installing changing around alot on my ibook g3 900 MHZ,
mostly due to boredom in the office and mostly without any plan. I want

hi folks
My Pismo with 2.4.22-powerpc kernel and running unstable has a sleep
problem. The Pismo sleeps and wakes up fine when I close the lid but
when I have it on the power adaptor the pismo decides to go to sleep
every 5 minutes. I had a quick look at the documentation but I am hoping

Has anyone has any success getting a 2.6.0 kernel to boot on a CHRP

I've been running debian on a F50 for a while now, and my booting takes
the form of :
1) compile kernel to a zImage and burn this onto a CD (or floppy)
2) boot F50, press F8 to get to prompt
