IMHO we should decide if 100% or 0% of Debian packages would use this
package verification. Somebody wrote: a half baken solution can be worse
then no solution at all. The current situation is very unclear.

I lost a lot of time because I had to do it manually - a lot of packages
didn't have md5sums check file.
md5sums doesn't repend of dpkg. It is possible to use "3rd party" tool
like debsums.

his system seems to be useless because some Debian packages have
md5sums file, some others doesn't.
IMHO we should use this system for all packager or completly forget about it.
