Hi mentors,
What's the usual way of handling "preX" upstream version numbers in
watch files? I'm having trouble because uscan considers 1.0pre3 newer
than 1.0.
Thanks,

Hi,
I would like to change the name of a source package; is there anything
non-package-specific thing to do apart from simply using the new name in
debian/changelog? I mean adding new header fields, etc.
Thanks,

Hi,
I've posted an [0]RFS about 2 weeks ago, but the package has received no
attention from official developers.
What is the usual procedure in this case? Wait longer, re-post the RFS
or try to accept that the package will never be a part of Debian?

Hi,
can anyone tell why ftpds do conflict with each other and why httpds do
not? In case of MTAs, the conflict is reasonable due to the possibility
of accessing a mailbox at the same time, but I can't see the point in
the case of ftpds.
Thanks,
