To setup.py install call. This way you avoid byte compiling modules
while installing, which makes no sense as you should not include byte
compiled files in package and something (I guess pycentral) deletes
them anyway.

PS: Also you should choose just one way of modifying sources, doing one
change by dpatch and one by direct patching is a bit confusing, but
both changes are minor and I guess you will integrate in next upstream
version, so it really does not matter.

Just create new package with plugins (if some of them have excess
