Ask at places where the package is used for a sponsor.
Example given:
You have packaged "foobar-turbocharged", ask the foobar mailinglist.
t goes into the tar.gz.
Store in that dir al the debian stuff.
With a simple `cp -a deb debian` you have the debian directory
for building the package and .diff.gz
That makes it possible to act as both package author and maintainer.

Bug #87 [ftp.debian.org] RM: llvm-toolchain-
haracter,
not plus-sign meaning previous character one or more times.
Simular: Change the +download into .download
Thinking: The plus-sign is probably seen as special character,
the dot is special character meaning any character.
Let us, the mailinglist{, archive}, known how it went.

The .orig.tar.gz does have ci86.lina.fas
I wonder what generated it and from what.

The '3.9-8' is '3.9.8' which is superseeded.
I think that packaging is done in an old environment.
A newer environ should be used.
There are several ways to do that, such as `sbuild`, `pbuilder`
and plain good old `chroot`.
