I changed the package now to a single binary package
http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/v/vim-subtitles/vim-subtitles_1.0-1.dsc
It looks much better to me now,
and maybe someone would sponsor it
or has some advice if the package is still
in a bad shape...
