Ahmed's right. I just remembered that the ubuntu build environment is
modified to not include upstream changelogs in binary packages. This change was
made very recently to decrease size of ubuntu live cd.

Looks like its all set to package. This is where I come in. I will get
the package into Debian. I am debianizing the new upstream release and
shall soon post an updated RFS here with new package on
mentors.debian.net (probably in a week).
