Yes; exactly. Thanks for the clarification; I should have made my answer a 
bit more verbose.

E.g. reporting RC bugs can be useful to prevent testing migration. Recording 
"big ugly bugs" can help avoiding duplicate reports of issues already known 
to the developer.
