Recently, I ran into the following problem, which I'm unable to solve
unless a powerpc (PPC) user is willing/able to assist by either performing
some tests in collaboration with me, or by (temporarily) offering me an
account.

I have ITP'd dict-gcide (Bug#100892). This package will provide,
conflict and replace dict-web1913. I intend to provide an empty
(dummy) dict-web1913 package that will depend on dict-gcide.
The only thing functionally required in the dummy package is a
control file, and possibly a READ
