A couple of months ago, I indicated my interest in
adopting the orphaned package xmailtool. I've worked
on this-and-that, and studied -the-other, found out
that there is no active upstream maintainer, and so
assayed to fulfil that role, also (see .sig).

now at version 3.1.2b, licensed for free use
and modification by Cray -as long as the original
source code is distributed with the mods.
