Thank you both for your very precise remarks. I'm going to fix this.
Regarding the changelog, if I keep only one entry, I suppose I should update
the version number according to this. Should I use 1.1.1-4 or 1.1.1-1?
Again, thanks for your time and precious help.
Best regards,

Agree on this point. Please make use of version-less tcl/tcl-dev packages.

Hi everybody
I've received an email from Thomas. He proposed that it would make sense to
have not only one sponsor for my package but maybe two So if one is busy
the other one can do the sponsoring.
Thomas had no time to upload my package which I've uploaded on Januar 24th.
But he suggested to a

Looks good. However I would
1. Simplify d/changelog. No-one cares I did work on this package
initially. Redo d/changelog with only one entry.
2. remove quilt reference from d/rules this is u

How about doing it like it's done with the unrar package:
According to packages.debian.org there are two pkgs.
unrar
unrar-free
So I'd suggest name the free one slalib and the other one
slalib-nonfree or vice versa (like the unrar example).
