sponsor is apparently MIA. The erlang 10.b.9-3 is an bugfix for the -2
version that is currently in unstable. It fixes a handful of bugs.

I have re-launched the author of pcfitsio and he finally give me some news : )
and he replies me two emails:

pCFITSIO is really completely fee, no guaranteed etc... I did not
have the same to add the copyright notice in the code or anything. I
will try to do
