Hi naim is an ncurses based console IM client that supports various protocols including IRC, ICQ, AIM and lily. It supports the TOC protocol and it can store buddy lists on the AOL servers. It is great for SSH users who want to be able to remotely IM without a VNC X session which can be very slow.
